Any unattended domestic animal or pet found roaming or at <br />laxge within any public site or open space shall be impounded. <br />6, All state and local ordinanees iela[ing to the licensing <br />and muzzling of animals and pets� sha11 apply to same brought <br />into any public site or open space, <br />�7. No person shall release or introduce any exotic or wild <br />animal in any public site or open space without the written <br />pexmission of the Director. <br />8. No person shall allow such animal to graze or browse in <br />any public site or open space. <br />9, Horses are not permitted in any public site or open space <br />except in axeas specifically designated, <br />D, Hunti Fishin and Molestin Wildlife <br />1. No persoa shell kiiir hunt, trap� pursue� injure� molest <br />or unnecessarily disturb or have in possession any species <br />of wildlife� including birds� waterFowl� fish os other <br />animals found within the confines of any publiC site or <br />open space except that fishing may be pexmitted in des3g- <br />nated areas subject to"laws and regulations as established .�"'"� <br />by the State oi Minnesota. . <br />2. No person shall rob� disturb or molest the nest� eggs or <br />young of any birds� or other animals within the confines of <br />any public aite or open spaee. <br />B. Fires <br />1.
