Specific iterts that have been deleted <br />or modified to reach our maximum figure are as foilows: <br />1. Elimination of tbe park bond brochure mockup - Valued at $600.00. <br />2. Reduction of one park site from the master planning process <br />(Lakeside Park) - Yalued at $880.00. <br />3. Reduced final copies of stuQy from 40 to 35 - Valued at $125.00. <br />4. City will be pdying the printing costs for the questionnaire as <br />well as the distribution and collating - Valued at $200.00. <br />5. City s Wff is inventoring the private recreation facilities located <br />within the City i.e. bowling alleys, movie theaters, etc. - Valued <br />at $150.00. <br />6. Saunders has agreed to include a minimum of four graphics in the <br />fioal book7et - Yalued at $300.00. <br />7. Saunders will be expanding the Capital liryrovement Program to <br />include prforities, funding source, and depreciation cos u- <br />Valued at $500.00. <br />8. Eliminatton of all extra costs, i.e. travel, extra printing , <br />adEitional consulWttons - Valued at $1,500.00. <br />With that background staff would recoimend that the following phrases or <br />word changes should be considered by the Parks and Recreation Commisston <br />priar to final approval: <br />
