Page 4- Joint Powers (hbunds View City - Edgewood Jr. High) 4. Use of Facilities. The School District hereby grants to the City permission and license to conduct at such times, after school hours and on weekends, as will not interfere with regular school curriculum and related activSties, on said Outside Facilities, such recreational activities, programs, or events, as the City desires to conduct to utilize the Outside Facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens living within the School District in general and citSzens of !he City in particular. To this end, the Schoot District shall upon execution of this Agreement furnish the Parks and Recreation Dtrector of the City with a schedule of the dates and times on which the School District may be utiTizing the said Outside Facilities in connection with its regular school curriculum and related activities. Use of the facility sha11 be governed by School District Policy N1330. 4a. It is understood that the parties will confer on a future agreement effecting maintenance of the facilities. 5. Termination. The Darties may terminate this Agreement, prior to the end of its terms, by the mutual agreement of the School District and the City, or by either party giving the other sixty (60) days prior written notice of termination. 6. Duration. This agremient shall be in force and of effect upon its executlon �y the respective parties following authorizatlon Dy Resolutton of the governing bodies thereof and shall thereafter re�atn in fu11 force and of effect for a period of four (4) years. It mey be renewe9 thereafter by Lhe mutual rmitten agreement of the Dartfes. 7. Blnding Ettect. Th1s Agree�ent sMil be binding upon the parties and their successors.
