Robert Stone , representing Lake Region <br /> Hockey. <br /> APPROVAL OF Frank Silvis moved approval of the minutes . Donna Bowman <br /> MINUTES <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried . <br /> S ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> CHAIRMAN 'S REPORT Gordon Fedor does not wish to be re-appointed to the Parks <br /> and Recreation Commission. Staff indicated that a formal <br /> letter of resignation is required by the City Council . <br /> OilOUNCILMEMBER 'S Councilman Doty reported the approval by the City Council <br /> REPORT of $30 ,000. 00 of the General Revenue sharing funds for <br /> the u' grading of the park shelter buildings . <br />
