<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6121 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A 1,110 SQUARE <br />FOOT GARAGE AT 7850 SPRING LAKE ROAD; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. CU03-003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, property owners Joel and Linda Whitbeck have applied for a <br />conditional use permit to expand their existing 720 square foot garage by an additional <br />390 square feet for a finished total of 1,110 square feet; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Whitbeck property, located at 7850 Spring Lake Road, is zoned <br />R-1, Single Family residential, and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 451.21 Feet of Lot 23, Auditors Subdivision No. <br />89, except the East 137.0 Feet of the South 339.21 thereof,. <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allows garages in <br />excess of 952 square feet in area with a maximum accessory building area not to <br />exceed 1,800 square feet; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Proposed Site Plan <br />d. Location Map <br />e. Photographic documentation <br />f. Planning Commission Resolution 741-03 <br />g. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held a duly noticed public hearing <br />regarding the conditional use permit request on Monday, October 27,2003; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code requires that the City Council consider <br />the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission and shall consider the <br />relationship between the proposed conditional use and the Comprehensive plan and <br />consider the impacts of the use supported by findings of relevant fact. <br />
