<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6133 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SEWER CONNECTION AND <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, development is occurring at 2442 County Road 10 which <br />necessitates access to sanitary services; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View does not provide sanitary service to this lot; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Metropolitan Council sanitary sewer intercept line is available on <br />the site which can be accessed provided the City enter into an agreement with Met <br />Council regarding the connection and maintenance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to enter into said agreement, attached to <br />this resolution as Exhibit A, with the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby authorize the execution of a Sewer Connection and Maintenance <br />Agreement with Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of November, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />9# <br /> <br />/Je,~~nke, Mayor <br /> <br />/ /(~.
