<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6135 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR KEN GAMMELL, CABLE <br />TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell is a regular part-time employee who began working for the <br />City of Mounds View in August of 2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it relates to <br />the responsibilities of Cable Technician outlined in the job description, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gammell's Supervisor determined that Ken Gammell has satisfactorily <br />performed in the capacity of Cable Technician; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from Step Three to Step Four is consistent with the <br />agreement previously detailed in Resolution No. 5832, which covered the terms of his <br />appointment to the position of Cable Technician, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a wage adjustment for Cable Technician from Step Three ($13.31/hour) to Step Four <br />($14.92/hour) effective August 27,2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10111 day of November 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />k/!" c ~Q <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
