<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6149 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Adopting the 2004 Property Tax Levy and General Fund Budget <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted numerous meetings and made available detailed copies of <br />the proposed 2004 Budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in accordance with the State of Minnesota Truth <br />In Taxation requirements on the proposed 2004 Budget on December 1, 2003; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, when the Fire Improvement Bonds of 1991 were issued, the City's 2004 debt service <br />payment was scheduled to be $77 ,001, however, due to changes in the allocation of costs between <br />participating cities, Mounds View's actual 2004 debt service cost on said bonds will be $65,848; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Blaine has sold Equipment Certificates ofIndebtedness, Series 2003A and <br />the City of Mounds View's share of the 2004 debt service payment will be $2,513. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View that <br />the following appropriations for the calendar year 2004 are hereby approved: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUl'\D: <br />City Council <br />Advisory Conunissions <br />City Administrator <br />Elections <br />Central Services <br />Finance <br />Community Development <br />Police <br />Fire <br />Public Works Admin. <br />Streets <br />Fleet management <br />Building maintenance <br />Recreation <br />Parks & Athletic Fields <br />Forestry <br />Convention & Visitors <br />Social services <br />Contingency <br />Transfer To Other Funds <br />Community Center <br />Fitness Program <br />Debt Service, Fire Dept. <br />Total General Fund <br /> <br />Amount <br />$ 53,832 <br />12,315 <br />185,761 <br />26,237 <br />237,100 <br />193,294 <br />358,128 <br />1,854,739 <br />182,546 <br />90,471 <br />431,815 <br />75,570 <br />108,426 <br />125,790 <br />251,829 <br />55,260 <br />57,000 <br />16,697 <br />102,817 <br />175,000 <br />100,000 <br />5,000 <br />68,361 <br />14.,.767.988 <br />
