Five and ten foot drainage and utility easements shall be added to both <br />Parcels A and B. <br /> <br />b. The following language shall be added: 'The proposed drainage and utility <br />easement areas as shown herein shall be dedicated to the City of Mounds <br />View by a separate document recorded with Ramsey County. " <br /> <br />c. As pointed out by the City Attorney, the legal description for Lot 31 shall be <br />revised to be consistent with the certificate of title. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit the required $1,536 park dedication fee prior to the City <br />approving the deeds for recordation. <br /> <br />3.
