<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 6227 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Religious institutions offer and provide many tangible and intangible services to <br />communities. <br /> <br />2. The proposed use vvould satisfy all zoning and parking requirements if the <br />requirements were the sanle or similar to what is required in a residential district. <br /> <br />3. The proposed use would not appear to cause any adverse impacts to surrowlding uses <br />or the neighborhood. <br /> <br />4.
