RESOLUTION 8349 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING STEP AND WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR JAMES ERICSON <br /> WHEREAS, James Ericson is the City Administrator for the City of Mounds View, <br /> having been appointed as such on February 11, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator Ericson's supervisors, the Mounds View City <br /> Council, have reviewed his performance as it relates to the responsibilities outlined in his <br /> job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that James Ericson <br /> has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of City Administrator, as documented in his <br /> performance reviews on file; and <br /> WHEREAS, a corresponding step and wage adjustment would be consistent with <br /> the Employment Agreement on file. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve a.wage adjustment to City Administrator James Ericson, as indicated in <br /> the chart below: <br /> DATE OF CURRENT CURRENT STEP& STEP&WAGE EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> POSITION WAGE ADJUSTMENT OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> February 11,2008 Step 4: $57.10/hr Step 5: $61.30/hr January 1,2015 <br /> Adopted this 8th day of December, 2014. <br /> �oe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> arAAtd <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
