RESOLUTION 8334 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View first entered into an agreement with <br /> Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Northeast Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare <br /> youth and families for healthy lives; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northeast <br /> Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for almost 40 <br /> years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the current Agreement expires at the end of 2014 and will need <br /> to be renewed to continue to receive the services provided by Northeast Youth and <br /> Family Services; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement includes a termination provision should the City of <br /> Mounds View or Northeast Youth and Family Services ever desire to end its <br /> association. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does hereby approve the renewal of the attached Agreement with Northeast Youth <br /> and Family Services for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2015. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of December, 2014. <br /> / --40,-, <br /> /,. <br /> •oe Fla 41'41,‘";44.- <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CUti ?/(2,Welb <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
