RESOLUTION NO. 8338 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br /> 2228 HILLVIEW ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Benjamin Strehlo has applied for a Residential Kennel License <br /> located at 2228 Hillview Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, Benjamin Strehlo currently owns three (3) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the dogs are licensed with the City in accordance with the Mounds <br /> View City Code, and the property is currently fenced; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Strehlo is renting the property located at 2228 Hillview Road and <br /> submitted written permission from the landowners, Mark Hagemann and Christine <br /> Coderre, giving Mr. Strehlo permission to have all three (3) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 2228 Hillview Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2015. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Benjamin Strehlo located at 2228 Hillview <br /> Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2015. <br /> Adop d this 8th day of December, 2014. <br /> / /i <br /> /1 <br /> e Flahe . ,• <br /> ATTEST: d <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
