Upon termination of this Agreement,ACFPC shall follow the distribution provision in Article <br /> 6.5 of this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE XI <br /> General Provisions <br /> 11.1 Entire Agreement. <br /> This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Members and shall supersede all oral and <br /> written agreements as well as negotiations by the Members relating to the subject matter of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 11.2 Severability. <br /> The provisions of this Agreement are severable.
