The total number of Calls for Service experienced by the Member in the <br /> preceding five (5) calendar years, divided by five (5),plus <br /> b. Assessed Market Value for the Member, divided by 1,000,000,plus <br /> c. Population for the Member, divided by 100. <br /> (11) "Officer"means an individual who is also an ACFPC Director and a fire service <br /> professional,who is further entrusted with specific responsibilities and authority within <br /> ACFPC to perform the duties and functions of Chairman,Vice Chairman, Treasurer, <br /> and/or Secretary as set forth in the Bylaws. <br /> (12) "Population"means the most recent population estimate for a given municipality as <br /> developed by the Twin Cities Area Metropolitan Council. <br /> 3 <br />
