<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6269 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVE PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT, WAIVE PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT HEARING, ORDER PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIDDEN HOLLOW <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer and the property owner have petitioned the <br />City to construct the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, time being of the essence, the petitioners have requested <br />that the public improvement hearing requirement be waived pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.031, Subdivision 3 and that the project be <br />advanced in the most expeditious manner possible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2004, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />6223 authorizing the preparation of a preliminary report for said improvements; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary report has been prepared and does find the <br />construction of said improvements to be necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The preliminary report, which was prepared pursuant to Resolution <br />623 for the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility Improvement Project, <br />finds the improvements to be necessary, cost effective and feasible <br />and is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. Said improvements are hereby ordered and shall hereafter be <br />known and referred to as the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project. Said ordering of the improvements shall be <br />valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of adoption <br />of this resolution. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />It is hereby ordered that the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project shall be made without a public hearing, being <br />that the owner and the developer requested that the City waive the <br />public improvement hearing under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, Subdivision 3. <br />
