<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6270 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE "VELMEIR CVS ADDITION" PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NOS. MA2004-002 AND DE2004-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Velmeir Companies ("Velmeir") has requested approval <br />of a preliminary plat and a development review for the "Velmeir CVS Addition" <br />major subdivision on land located at the southwest corner of County Road 10 and <br />Silver Lake Road, legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, lying South of a line described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of said lot 59; thence South <br />along the West line of said Lot 59, 257.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />Southeasterly to a point on the East line of said Lot 59, 257.93 feet South of the <br />Northeast comer and there terminating. Together with: Lot 58, except the West <br />100 feet lying Northerly of the Southerly 514.63 feet thereof, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, Together with: Subject to Highway, except the South 514.63 <br />feet of the West 100 feet of Lot 58, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Together with: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Amoco Silver Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Velmeir has submitted a Preliminary Plat for the major <br />subdivision which creates 3 lots; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the community development and public works staff, the city <br />engineer and the city attorney have all reviewed the preliminary plat and find that <br />it satisfies the minimum subdivision requirements as articulated in Titles 1100 <br />and 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code and complies with county platting <br />requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4, the subdivision <br />is subject to a park dedication fee which would be equivalent to 10% of the <br />assessed value of the project area, which has yet to be determined; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is NOT within a Wetland Zoning <br />District; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Velmeir has submitted the grading and drainage plan to Rice <br />Creek Watershed District; and, <br />
