The Preliminary Plat shall show survey measured distances and <br />angles. <br /> <br />7. Velmeir shall apply for Final Plat approval no later than January <br />1, 2005 or the Preliminary Plat approval will become null and <br />void. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds <br />View City Council, finding that the submitted site plan satisfies City Code, <br />approves the Velmeir CVS Addition development review, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Site Plan shall be revised as follows: <br /> <br />a. The garbage enclosure details shall be added to the site plan. <br />The materials used shall be similar to the exterior of the <br />building. <br /> <br />b. A notation shall be added that the area between the south side <br />of the building and the south curb line will be marked Fire Lane <br />and traffic in that area shall be one-way, from west to east. <br /> <br />c. Perimeter curbing shall be shown along the east side of the Pak <br />building. <br /> <br />d. A notation shall be added that indicates that a fence will be <br />installed around the pond area. <br /> <br />2. The lighting plan shall be revised to show fixture details and pole <br />height from grade. <br /> <br />a. The lighting may be completed as shown on plans. If <br />complaints regarding the lighting are received, the lighting shall <br />be modified to meet code requirements. <br /> <br />3. Before any construction is to occur, Velmeir will need to submit <br />copies of all required county permits. <br /> <br />4. Velmeir shall enter into a development agreement with the City that <br />sets forth all of the terms, conditions, requirements, agreements, <br />guarantees and plans for the orderly development of the property. <br />
