<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6276 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Mermaid <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2004; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is pending the receipt of <br />The Mermaid's Insurance Certificate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been <br />conducted and with the exception of minor issues associated with the Fire Marshal's <br />inspection, the establishment satisfies all requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor <br />License. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid pending the receipt of <br />their Insurance Certificate and subject to the satisfaction of pending Fire Marshal <br />orders. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of June, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />q/# <br />jerry L./~Ke, yor <br /> <br />/ /CAl C \",Q <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
