CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Torri Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:35am. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 2011 AGENDA <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Belting seconded the <br /> approval of the December 16, 2011 EDC agenda. <br /> Motion Carried: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 18, 2011 EDC MINUTES <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Helgemoe moved and Commissioner Meehlhause <br /> seconded the approval of the November 18, 2011 minutes. <br /> Motion Carried: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> 5. EDC BUSINESS <br /> A. Review Potential Acquisition of 2832 County Road 10 <br /> Economic Development Specialist Steinmetz provided the EDC with background information <br /> about the"PAK"building and how the property has been included in a redevelopment area <br /> since at least 2002, when URS created the City's most recent County Road 10 <br /> Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan. Ms. Steinmetz asked the EDC to discuss what <br /> they envision for the site. <br /> • The EDC discussed that the property is worth land value only assuming the EDA would <br /> demolish the building if the EDA acquired the property. <br />
