EDC Minutes <br /> May 16, 2003 Not Approved <br /> Page 3 <br /> Roseville and Lino Lakes. He was able to attend the City Council meeting on May 12th and <br /> • meet with Audie Tarpley. Mr. Reynolds appears to like the location north of the theater. <br /> 6. EDC BUSINESS <br /> A. Comparison of Concept Plans for Co. Rd. H2 Residential Project: Backman distributed the <br /> various concept plans for the developers pertaining to the project south of County Road H2. <br /> Those submitting concept plans in the last couple of weeks were: Pro Craft Homes (Vadnais <br /> Hts.), Dave Regel Construction (Spring Lake Park), and Homes by James (Lino Lakes). <br /> Backman discussed the street layout, number of units, and general thoughts regarding each <br /> plan. He expressed his observation that each developer is capable and knows the market for <br /> higher-end homes. It was the consensus of the members that all the concept plans were viable <br /> and that all three developers should be considered for selection by the EDA. <br /> B. Review of Mounds View's Tax Abatement Policy: Backman indicated that this should be the final <br /> version of the revised policy, however, due to time constraints the Commission will have to <br /> consider this at its June meeting. <br /> 7.
