<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6283 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A 4,070 SQUARE <br />FOOT EXPANSION OF THE BUSINESS LOCATED AT 2151 MUSTANG DRIVE; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE2004-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Greg Kelley, property owner of 2151 Mustang Drive <br />has requested approval of a Development Review to construct a 4,070 square-foot <br />expansion to his business; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned 1-1 Industrial, and is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Mounds View Industrial Park <br />Ramsey County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities of ten percent or more of the <br />building area requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Elevation Drawing <br />d. Site Plan <br />e. Staff Report <br />f. Planning Commission resolution 760-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies all applicable requirements of <br />the Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plan indicates that the proposed addition would be 74 feet <br />by 55 feet with a footprint of 4,070 square feet. <br />
