SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> There was no special business discussed <br /> 5. REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS,STAFF AND EDA LIAISON <br /> A. Commissioner Reports <br /> Commissioner Carlson indicated that Western Bank might consider subdividing a portion of their existing <br /> lot to accommodate further development. <br /> B. NB—MV Chamber of Commerce Update <br /> Chairperson Field indicated that the Chamber Golf outing was enjoyable. Commissioner Carlson <br /> commented on the upcoming Business of the Year awards presentation and some organizational issues <br /> currently being considered by the Chamber. <br /> C. Report of Staff <br /> 1. Sale of 2625 County Highway 10: Coordinator Parrish informed the Commission that the EDA is in the <br /> process of selling 2625 County Highway 10 to the Mounds View Animal Hospital. <br /> 2. Acquisition of 3016 County Road H2: Coordinator Parrish indicated that the EDA is in the process of <br /> 41/ purchasing 3016 County Road H2.
