Focus on priorities.Gain insight on priorities. <br /> • Communicate with and educate the membership. <br /> Visibility <br /> Actively and visibly promote and support businesses in <br /> Columbia Heights, Fridley, Hilltop and Spring Lake Park <br /> • Be the"Chamber of Choice"for the Southern Anoka County area. <br /> • Participate in and/or hold special events in each community served. <br /> • Increase publicity for all Chamber activities. <br /> • Use broadcast faxes and e-mails for communication on issues/events. <br /> • Use website to publicize chamber events as well as member information. <br /> • Maintain personal contact with each individual member. <br /> • Publish an effective monthly newsletter. <br /> Membership <br /> Broaden our membership base in order to provide better resources, <br /> expanded services and more networking opportunities for our members. <br /> • • Increase membership and retention rates. <br /> • Provide education for members on current issues. <br /> • Provide members support for their concerns/needs. <br /> • Increase communication through newsletter,e-mail and faxing. <br /> • Conduct at least three drives during the year.
