The EDA will recommend the preliminary use of tax abatement financing <br /> for a particular facility/infrastructure project. A formal application, <br /> deposit agreement, and application worksheet will not be required. <br /> 2. If preliminary approval is granted, all necessary notices, resolutions and <br /> certificates are prepared by city staff and/or consultants. <br /> 3. If necessary, public hearing(s) on the proposed project are held. <br /> 4. The EDA grants final approval or denial of the proposal. <br />
