<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6290 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SET AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR JULY 12, 2004, AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br />REVIEW THE WATER VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 12, 2002, the Public Health Security and <br />Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act became law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this new legislation, enforced by the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), requires all community water <br />systems serving more than 3,300 people to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Water Vulnerability Assessment has been <br />completed and sent to the United States Environmental Protection Agency <br />(USEPA) for review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in an effort to keep the City Council informed on this <br />matter, Mark Wallis of the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and <br />Associates (BRAA) will provide a review and update on the City's Water <br />Vulnerability Assessment at an executive session. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View <br />City Council does hereby set an Executive Session to be held at City Hall on July <br />12,2004, at 6:00 P.M. to review the Water Vulnerability Assessment Study. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of June 2004. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />l3 <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />K rt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
