It is now time to discuss <br /> the EDC's 2008 goals and priority projects. In 2007, the EDC ranked its top three <br /> priority projects as the following: <br /> 1) Premium Stop Redevelopment Area <br /> 2) Silver View Plaza <br /> 3) County Highway 10 Redevelopment <br /> The entire 2007 priority list is attached for the EDC's reference. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Below are brief updates regarding the EDC's top three 2007 priority projects: <br /> Premium Stop Redevelopment Area <br /> • The EDA entered into a Preliminary Development Agreement through April 2008 <br /> with Master Development for the former Premium Stop gas station site, <br /> • The EDA may consider authorizing a grant application to the State on January <br /> 28th to assist with the acquisition and redevelopment of Robert's Sports Bar, <br /> Silver View Plaza <br /> • The former property manager indicated in early November 2007 that Kraus- <br /> Anderson may cost-share a market study with the EDA. <br /> • Staff solicited market study quotes and forwarded them to Kraus-Anderson on <br /> December 21, 2007. <br /> • Kraus-Anderson responded that they are not willing to cost-share a study at this <br /> time. <br /> • A new Kraus-Anderson property manager is expected to be hired in early 2008. <br /> 41/ <br />
