ROLL CALL: <br /> Members Present: Jackie Entsminger (arrived at 7:50 am.), Jason Helgemoe, Torri <br /> Johnson, Dan Larson, Gary Meehlhause and Jennifer Wagner <br /> Members Absent: Greg Belting <br /> Staff Present: Community Development Director Jim Ericson <br /> Economic Development Specialist Heidi Steinmetz <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Johnson moved and Commissioner Meehlhause seconded <br /> the approval of the January 18, 2008 EDC agenda. <br /> Motion Carried: 5 Ayes 0 Nays <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF EDC MINUTES: <br /> Commissioner Johnson noted a typo on page 2,#7,3'paragraph of the November 16,2007 <br /> minutes. The hyphen needed to be removed from "X-cel". <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Johnson moved and Commissioner Entsminger seconded <br /> the approval of the November 16, 2007 EDC minutes. <br /> Motion Carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays <br /> 5. SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> A. Recognize Outgoing Commissioners Jerry Jaker&Tom Field <br /> Ms. Steinmetz mentioned that she and Council member Mueller visited Jerry Jaker at his <br /> office earlier this week to present him with a Council Resolution thanking him for his two <br /> years of service on the EDC. Tom Field will attend the Feb. 11th EDA meeting to receive <br /> his Resolution. <br />
