Chapter 408 of the <br /> Mounds View City Code states "The Commission shall be composed of seven equal <br /> voting members, including three business representatives and four residents". The City <br /> Code also states that the EDC must recommend whom the EDA/Council should appoint <br /> to the EDC. Chapter 408 is attached for the EDC's reference. <br /> Discussion <br /> • A total of six EDC applications were submitted to City staff by the December 1, 2008 <br /> application deadline. All six completed applications are attached for the EDC's <br /> reference.
