• No matter the number of properties, it would take the City's public financial advisors <br /> (Ehlers & Associates) about the same amount of time to amend the Project Plan in order <br /> to add properties. Therefore, staff asked Mr. Anderson to brainstorm potential properties <br /> that may qualify as blighted. That would take about eight weeks. Ehlers & Associates estimated that it would <br /> take about ten to fourteen hours of their time (up to $3,000) to assist the City with this <br /> process. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the EDA adopt the attached Resolution 08-EDA-249. The <br /> Resolution authorizes a modification to the June 28, 2004 Project Plan for the Mounds <br /> View Economic Development Project. The modification would add 5066 Irondale Rd to <br /> the Project Plan and other properties as determined by staff to be blighted.
