In April 2008, The City Council approved "County Road 10 <br /> Redevelopment & Revitalization" as its number two goal. <br /> Most recently, Mounds View has focused its redevelopment efforts on its December 2006 <br /> II Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study (completed by DSU/Bonestroo). Pictured <br /> below is the study area, located along the west side of County Road 10 between County <br /> Road H2 and Woodale Drive.
