<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6312 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADJUSTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR THE 2003 STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 24, 2004, the City Council held an assessment hearing and <br />adoption a Special Assessment Levy for the 2003 Street Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is an issue with Lot 10 of Block 7 of the Silver Lake Woods <br />Condominium plat because this particular parcel was platted with ten (10) separate <br />property identification numbers (P.I.N.), two of which were for garages; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the two garage lots should not have been assessed, and Staff <br />recommends that the assessment role for the 2003 Street Improvement Project be <br />adjusted by eliminating these two parcels from the assessment role. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Adjust the assessment role for the 2003 Street Improvement by removing <br />parcels: <br /> <br />PIN# 07-30-23-14-0493 garage parcel owned by Mr. Dan Osterhouse <br />PIN# 07-30-23-14-0491 garage parcel owned by Ms. Clare Markland <br /> <br />2.
