<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6315 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Authorization to Contract with SEH, for the Spring Creek Wetland Basin <br />Hydrology Study and Wetland Delineation Project <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View prepared and distributed a Request <br />For Proposals (RFP) to perform a hydrology study and wetland delineation with the <br />Spring Creek Wetland basin; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received five responses to the Spring Creek RFP with <br />consultant fees ranging from $3,984 to $27,970; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all five proposals appear to satisfy the minimum requirements <br />and expectations as identified by the RFP; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consultant firm Short Elliot Hendrickson, Inc., submitted the <br />lowest cost proposal of $3,984. <br /> <br />. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes execution of a contract with SEH, Inc., to conduct a hydrology <br />study and wetland delineation of the Spring Creek Wetland basin, located in the southwest <br />corner of the City, in accordance with the terms and specifications of the RFP and <br />consistent with the proposal submitted dated June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the project costs shall <br />be charged to the Stormwater Fund. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
