<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6324 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />2003 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - CHANGE ORDER NO.1 <br />AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STORM WATER QUALITY DEVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District wanted the City to <br />address more water quality items before they would issue a conditional permit for <br />the 2003 Street Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the conditional approval, the City is required <br />to include additional water quality I infiltration devices with in the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these quality I infiltration devices included perforated <br />pipes added to the bottom of two manholes to serve as reverse French drains; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this Change Order is $11,370.75 <br />and the funds to finance it will be derived from the City's project account for this <br />project; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.08 gives the City Council <br />authority to amend the budget by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Change Order No. 1 for the 2003 Street Improvement Project is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. That said Change Order is for construction and installation of water <br />quality I infiltration devices located at Gloria Circle (south end) and <br />Groveland Road (in front of property at 7770 Groveland Road). <br /> <br />3.
