This reduced the estimated cost from <br />$55,000 to 518,000 <br /> <br />SILVER LAKE WOODS CONDOMINIUM <br />AREA STREETLIGHTS <br /> <br />OPTION 1 - Xcel Ownership Rate - Include in with this contract at an additional cost <br />of536,000 for six (6) lights- 518,000 to be reimbursed by the homeowners association. <br />Monthly charge per light per month is 58.59. (This is the same rate as the other lights in <br />this project) <br /> <br />OPTION 2 - Leased Rate - Pay up front cost 01'5120,000 AND pay a monthly charge <br />per light of $24.30. <br /> <br />OPTION 3 - Customer Owner System - City will install its own system. If it is built to <br />Xccl Encrgy standards, Xccl could offer energy cost and maintenance services for 59.99 <br />per month per light. <br /> <br />Staff recommends proceeding with Option 1, and revise the contract to include these <br />lights. For a total project cost 01'$269,000, of which $18,000 will be billed to the Silver <br />Lake Woods Homeowners Association <br />
