Resolution 8368 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, financing related issues remain to be finalized for this project <br /> through the Energy Savings Partnership program administered by the St. Paul Port <br /> Authority; and <br /> WHEREAS, various financing related documents will be brought back to the City <br /> Council for review and approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of the project and contract with Trane is subject to <br /> receipt and approval of the financing related documents by the City Council at some <br /> further City Council meeting; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the above-referenced recitals are <br /> incorporated herein to this Resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View does hereby rescind Resolution 8366 for the ESP program in the <br /> amount of$577,959.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View requires that various financing related documents be brought back <br /> to the City Council for review and approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the <br /> project and contract with Trane is subject to receipt and approval of the financing <br /> related documents by the City Council at some further City Council meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View approves, subject to the conditions contained in this Resolution, <br /> entering into an agreement with Trane Building Services, in the amount of$874,964.00, <br /> to administer the Energy Savings Partnership as follows: <br /> 1. Community Center Interior lighting retrofit and upgrades (LED) <br /> 2. Community Center exterior lighting retrofit and upgrades <br /> 3. Replace RTU #3, #5, #6 and #7 & kitchen MUA with BAS upgrades <br /> 4. City Hall HVAC controls <br /> 5. City Hall Lighting to T-8 and LED upgrades <br /> 6. City Hall boiler control upgrades <br /> 7. City Hall and Community Center install one (1) at each site 40kW solar panel <br /> system <br /> 8. Trail Lights upgrade to LED <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City <br /> Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all appropriate documents <br /> to effectuate the actions contemplated by this Resolution. <br /> 455992v2 SJR MU210-238 <br />
