The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100 <br /> Chapter 1116.04 of the Mounds View City Code pertaining to "Industrial Zoning District <br /> Conditional Uses" by deleting the stricken language and adding the underlined text as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1116.04: Conditional Uses <br /> 1116.04: CONDITIONAL USES: The following are conditional uses in an I-1 District <br /> (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by <br /> Section 1125.01 of this Title): <br /> Subd. 1. Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use. <br /> Subd. 2. Open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal or an accessory use and <br /> including sales in or from motorized vehicles, trailers or wagons; provided, that: <br /> a. Accessory outside service, sales and equipment rental connected with a principal <br /> use is limited to thirty percent (30%) of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br /> b. Outside sales areas are fenced or screened from view of neighboring residential <br /> uses or an abutting residential district in compliance with subdivisions 1103.08(1) <br /> through (5) of this Title. <br /> Subd. 3. Motor freight terminals. <br /> Subd. 4. Industrial planned unit development as regulated by Chapter 1119 of this Title. <br /> Subd. 5. Wind Energy Conversion Systems as regulated by Chapter 1128 of this Title. <br /> Subd. 6. Warehouses. <br /> Subd. 7. Laboratories, experimental, film and/or testing. <br /> Subd. 8. Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging or treatment of flammable <br /> liquids. <br /> Subd. 9. Automobile assembly and/or major repair. <br /> Subd. 10. Creamery, bottling plant, ice cream manufacture, ice manufacture, cold storage <br /> and/or milk distribution station. <br />
