<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6353 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SEVERANCE PAYMENT FOR TIMOTHY <br />BRENNAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Timothy Brennan has served the City of Mounds View for 23 <br />years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deputy Police Chief Timothy Brennan's last day of employment <br />with the City was August 20,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deputy Police Chief Timothy Brennan is entitled to the following <br />benefits per the Personnel Manual: <br />. 100% of accrued vacation time <br />299.62 hours of vacation at $33.87 per hour equals $10,148.13 <br /> <br />· 50% of accrued sick leave <br />960 hours times 50% equals 480 hours at $33.87 equals $16,257.60. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the payment of $10,148.13 of accrued vacation time and <br />$16,257.60 of accrued sick time to Timothy Brennan as either a cash payout or <br />contribution to the Retirement Health Savings Plan. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />;::~ <br />/ ~,'cLSJ <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
