<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6370 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LETTER AGREEMENT <br />WITH SHORT, ELLIOTT, HENDRICKSON, INC. (SEH) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY HALL REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 4, 2004, the City Council, at a Work Session, reviewed <br />the status of the City Hall Rehabilitation Project, which included a revised project <br />proposal created by Staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 20, 2004, the engineering firm of SEH submitted a <br />letter of agreement to proceed with the City Hall Rehabilitation Project by developing <br />plans and specifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of $24,500 for the development of plans and <br />specifications for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project will be derived from the Special <br />Project Account (Account No. 280-4180-7050-054). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The execution of a letter of agreement with SEH in the estimated amount <br />of $24,500 for the development of plans and specifications for the City Hall <br />Rehabilitation Project is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said <br />Letter of Agreement. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of $24,500 for this project is to be derived from the <br />Special Project Account (Account No. 280-4180-7050-054). <br /> <br />Adopted this 11 th day of October, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~-(; <br /> <br />Ku'rt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
