<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6386 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE 2004 - 2005 <br />LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS BARGAINING UNIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Bargaining Unit and the City have been <br />working on a 2004 - 2005 contract since late 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, numerous meetings have been held with the bargaining unit <br />and the membership approved the revised contract provisions at a meeting on <br />October 20,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract items are consistent with the City Council's <br />position established at the October 11, 2004 executive session. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The 2004 - 2005 Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Bargaining Unit is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
