<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6388 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR UNIFORM SERVICE FOR THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as per the Public Works Contract, the City is required to <br />provide uniforms for the collective bargaining unit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City annually budgets and receives bids for the uniforms; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current uniform contract has expired; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff solicited bids from uniform providers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a total of three (3) bids were received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low bidder was Aramark Uniforms in the amount of <br />$12,029.00/year with a yearly increase due to the consumer price index (CPI); <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a contract award to Aramark Uniforms in the <br />amount of $12,029.00 with a yearly increase due to the consumer price index <br />(CPI), to provide uniforms to the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of November 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />yLi . 9.-Y <br /> <br />Kdil-- <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
