<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5608 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLlSHING PROCEDURES <br />FOR EXECUTING STEP INCREASES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 3.01 B of the City's Personnel Manual states <br />that "Advancement to each step shall occur only after a performance evaluation <br />rated satisfactory or better has been conducted by an employee's Supervisor and <br />approved by the Department Head, City Administrator and the City Council"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council wishes to reestablish Section 3.01 B as the <br />proper procedure for executing a step increase, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council adopts Resolution 5608 Reestablishing Procedures for Executing Step <br />Increases, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that resolutions indicating <br />satisfactory performance or better must be approved by the Council prior to the <br />execution of the step increase. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />Motion by: <br />Second by: <br />Sonterre <br />Quick <br />Stigney <br />Marty <br />Thomas <br /> <br />Adopted this 2ih day of August, 2001. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br />j~ I J .
