<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5609 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED SALARY <br />SCHEDULE FOR THE <br />CLUBHOUSE MANAGER/GOLF INSTRUCTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 15, 2002 the Mounds View City Council discontinued use of <br />a percentage policy to compensate golf instructors for lessons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council directed staff to recommend revisions to the Clubhouse <br />Manager position and salary as necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the following salary <br />recommendation made by Labor Relations Associates: <br /> <br />S1-$34,960 <br /> <br />S2-$37,145 <br /> <br />S3-$39,330 <br /> <br />S4-$41,515 <br /> <br />S5-$43,700 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />adopts the salary schedule listed herein effective June 16, 2001, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clubhouse <br />Manager will be compensated at step 2 beginning June 16, 2001. The Clubhouse Manager will <br />move to step 3 one-year later (June 16, 2002) pending satisfactory performance.
