<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5610 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES <br />LICENSES FOR MOUNDS VIEW JAKE'S, INC DBA JAKE'S SPORTS CAFE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to offer <br />on-sale intoxicating liquor must apply to the City for a license; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held before intoxicating liquor <br />and Sunday sales licenses are granted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Jake's Inc, dba Jake's Sports Cafe has <br />applied for intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jake's Sports Cafe has submitted the proper <br />paperwork and fees and has received the necessary approvals from various City <br />departments and outside organizations as necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be <br />approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an intoxicating liquor license and a Sunday sales <br />license for Mounds View Jake's, Inc. dba Jake's Sports Cafe; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the <br />licensing period shall be from November 14, 2001-June 30, 2002. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 2001. <br /> <br />?~ <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, r <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />) <br />,""'-.../ ~ ~. ~ <br />. l . . 1 <br />1\a5ftJ'---_ t v -.-- <br />Kathleen Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
