<br />€ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5611 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO ELEGANT THYMES <br />MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE <br />MOUNDS VIEW BANQUET AND CONFERENCE CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001 the City of Mounds View <br />suspended the contract of Innovative Images for management of the Mounds <br />View Banquet and Conference Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001 Elegant Thymes Management <br />Company was asked by the City of Mounds View to manage the Mounds View <br />Banquet and Conference Center on a temporary basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elegant Thymes Management Company has been <br />managing the Mounds View Banquet and Conference Center since March 27, <br />2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to compensate Elegant <br />Thymes Management Company for services rendered between March 27, 2001 <br />and July 31,2001. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds <br />View will compensate Elegant Thymes Management Company per the "Banquet <br />Center Management Agreement" (attached); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Elegant <br />Thymes has achieved 70% of $30,000 in gross revenues which generates a <br />minimum of $6,000 in compensation; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City <br />wishes to prorate the minimum amount of compensation owed to Elegant <br />Thymes under the contract to $4200.00 (70% of $6,000.00); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the <br />Mounds View City Council wishes to pay Elegant Thymes half of the amount due <br />per the contract ($2100.00) until such time as a final decision has been made <br />regarding management of the banquet center. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C:\VVINNTlProfiles\Joanb\Temporary Internet Files'.oLK3\Resos 5611 and 5612 Paying Elenant Thymes for Mnrnnt of the banquet <br />center doc <br />
