RESOLUTION NO. 5612 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NAMING ELEGANT THYMES MANAGEMENT COMPANY AS INTERIM MANAGERS FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW BANQUET AND CONFERENCE CENTER WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001 the City of Mounds View asked Elegant Thymes to manage the Mounds View Banquet and Conference Center on a temporary basis and Elegant Thymes agreed; and WHEREAS, Whereas the City of Mounds View desires that Elegant Thymes continue to manage the Mounds View Banquet and Conference Center until such time as a long term decision can be made regarding management of the banquet center; and WHEREAS, Elegant Thymes and the City of Mounds View believe it would be mutually beneficial to outline Elegant Thymes' duties and responsibilities during this interim period. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Elegant Thymes' duties and responsibilities will be the same as those attributed to Innovative Images in the "Banquet Center Management Agreement"; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View's duties and responsibilities will be the same as those outlined in the "Banquet Center Management Agreement"; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that prior to December 31, 2001 the City will issue a written update to Elegant Thymes regarding long term management plans for the banquet center and will, if necessary, request that Elegant Thymes continue to manage the banquet center for a specified period of time. Adopted this 8th day of October, 2001.
