<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5614 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR TIM BRENNAN, DEPUTY <br />CHIEF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Brennan is a regular full-time employee who began working for the City <br />of Mounds View on January 1, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Brennan was promoted to Deputy Chief on February 17, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deputy Chief Brennan's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it <br />relates the responsibilities of Deputy Chief outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deputy Chief Brennan's Supervisor has determined that Deputy Chief <br />Brennan has more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Deputy Chief which is <br />documented in his performance review on file; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has reviewed this performance review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator recommends the City Council approve a wage <br />adjustment, from STEP THREE to STEP FOUR, consistent with the City's personnel <br />policy and Resolution 5535 that stated "move to Step 4 in six months upon satisfactory <br />review." <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a wage adjustment for Deputy Chief Brennan from STEP THREE ($58,030.99) <br />to STEP FOUR ($61,254.94) effective August 17, 2001. <br /> <br />Presented this 10 day of September. 20,01. ~ <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ~ <br />Rich S n erre, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~ 1.. .1 '-J']/r~ <br /> <br />athleen F.
