<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5615 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR JIM ERICSON, <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson is a regular full-time employee who began working for the City <br />of Mounds View on September 30. 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson was promoted to Community Development Director on <br />November 17,2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities of Community Development Director outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson's Supervisor has determined that Mr. Ericson has more than <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Community Development Director which is <br />documented in his performance review on file; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Ericson's Supervisor recommends the City Council approve a wage <br />adjustment, from STEP ONE to STEP TWO, consistent with the City's compensation <br />policy as outlined in the City's Personnel Policy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a wage adjustment for Jim Ericson. as Community Development Director. from <br />STEP ONE ($56,069.38) to STEP TWO ($59,573.71), effective May 17, 2001. <br /> <br />Presented this 10'" day of September 20012 ~ <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ~ <br />Rich Sont rre, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL.) <br /> <br />~vL:fCfi~ <br />Kathleen F.
