<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5616 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution 5616 Approving Severance for Aaron Parrish <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Parrish resigned from his position as Economic <br />Development Coordinator effective August 21, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 4.350 of the Personnel Manual Aaron <br />Parrish is entitled to accrued and used vacation time upon separation from the <br />City: <br />· 100% of accrued vacation time-96.26 hours x $21.05/hr=$2,026.27, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Parrish is paid from a special revenue fund (Economic <br />Development Authority). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the abovementioned provisions for Aaron Parrish and directs <br />staff to pay severance to Aaron Parrish from the Economic Development <br />Authority fund. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />Motion by: <br />Second by: <br />Sonterre <br />Quick <br />Stigney <br />Marty <br />Thomas <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />:=r ~~ <br /> <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />CV') V/ i . -..-/1;. r~ J I~ <br />(\..
