<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5621 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNT'{ OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF \1INNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ROAD 1-12 FROM <br />COUNT'{ IlICiHW A '{ 10 TO PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds is consi<.kring to reconstruct County <br />Road H2 11-om County Highway] 0 to Pleasant View Drive: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road H2 between County Highway 10 and Pleasant View Drive is a <br />Municipal State Aid Road (MSA) and must be constructed to MSA Standards: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. this project will include complete street reconstruction (width of'26 feet, <br />\vith possible parking pullouts on the south side) including B618 curb and gutter. trailway <br />construction (8 feet wide), minor water main placements and construction of st01111 sewer. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. this project is proposed to be assessed to the benefited properties in <br />accordance with Chaptcr 202 of the Municipal Code and the City Charter: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's engineers have conducted an investigation ol'thc proposed pr~ject <br />and determined that the abovementioned segment of County Road 1-12 is feasible for <br />reconstruction: and <br /> <br />WHERJ:AS, public hearing notices were mailed to affected properties and publication of <br />the proposed project was advertised in the ortlcial City newspaper according to Chapter 202 or <br />the Municipal Code: and <br /> <br />WI Il:REAS, a public hearing was held on October 8, 200 I to consider public input <br />regarding the proposed project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE.
